Boston Orthopaedic & Spine is dedicated to maintaining your medical records and keeping your private health information secure. To make the medical records request process quicker and easier, we’ve partnered with HealthMark Group.
How to Request Your Medical Records
Requesting medical records is easy as 1, 2, 3 –
Step 1: Login
Request your records electronically at HealthMark’s Request Manager →
Step 2: Request
Once logged in, select Submit Request from the menu options and enter all required fields. This will provide authorization to HealthMark.
Step 3: Download
Your medical record request will be processed, and a notification will be sent via mail or email once complete and available for download.
Note: If you are a patient coming from Bermuda and require medical records, please call Robin M. at (781) 488-1005.

How to Request X-Ray Images
Boston Orthopaedic & Spine is happy to offer patients convenient access to their X-rays online. No more burning cd’s or waiting for the mail for X-ray images.

Brighton, Waltham, and Cambridge Offices

Cambridge Office (Mt. Auburn Hospital)
To obtain a copy of your X-ray images performed at our Cambridge offices, please contact the Mt. Auburn Hospital medical records department at (617) 499-5772.
Chestnut Hill Office
To obtain a copy of your X-ray images performed at our Chestnut Hill office, please contact the New England Baptist Hospital at (617) 754-5800.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my medical records request take to process?
Medical record and X-ray record requests are processed in the order they are received. The average turnaround time to obtain a medical record/X-ray copy is 2-3 business days.
Are there any fees?
HealthMark Group fulfills all patient requests for personal copies at no charge to the patient. By default, HealthMark Group will send your record to you via email, or a hard copy can be sent if requested through HealthMark Group.
For records provided to an attorney, there will be a reasonable, cost-based fee. The fee will be calculated by HealthMark Group upon receipt of this request form.
